This training will provide participants with the knowledge in intersectionality and way to embed the intersectional framework and an intersectional lens as part of organisation's DNA. 
The training will unpack normative identities that come at the expense of those with intersectional identities, and explore various ways to embrace unique, intersectional identities within the workplace that contribute to organisation's success.
