This training will provide participants with the knowledge in intersectionality, and to implement an intersectional lens in designing and delivering Diversity & Inclusion strategies. 
The training will unpack normative identities that come at the expense of those with intersectional identities, and explore various ways to embrace unique, intersectional identities within the workplace that contribute to organisation's success.

5 hours Intersectionality Training:

  • Understanding diversity framework and intersectionality.

  • Unpacking power and privileges.  

  • Understanding cognitive blindspot, biases and stereotypes.

  • Addressing dominant workplace culture and  ideologies in daily practice.

  • Implementing diversity as part of organisation system.  

  • Applying inclusive leadership skills to lead organisational change.

  • Goal settings.
